The initial 3 days of online training will introduce students to the EssentialTapRooT® Root Cause Analysis Techniques, including SnapCharT®, Causal FactorWorksheets, Root Cause Tree® Diagram and Dictionary, Corrective Action Helper®Guide, TapRooT® Software, and Presenting investigation results to management. Students will practice the techniques on realistic examples and perform an analysis on an example from their company.
